08/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 8 April, the European Commission approved the creation of a joint-venture between Enel Green Power S.p.A. (Italy), which is controlled by Enel S.p.A., and Sharp Corporation (Japan). The Enel group is active in the production and distribution of electricity.
