Brussels, 05/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - European Trade Commissioner Karel De Gucht expressed optimism after his meeting with the Indian authorities in New Delhi on Thursday 4 March regarding the possibility of concluding a bilateral free trade agreement (FTA) between the EU and India.
