04/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - The prime minister of Serbia, Mirko Cvetkovic, and the new president of Croatia, Ivo Josipovic, will be visiting the EU institutions in Brussels on Friday 5 March 2010, with separate meetings with the President of the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy, and the President of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso. The President of the European Parliament, Jerzy Buzek, met the president of Croatia on Thursday 4 March. Buzek said he hoped that Croatia could conclude its EU accession talks this year and urged the Croatian government to continue with its economic and structural rearms and to continue tackling corruption.
