Brussels, 12/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - EU Member States' economy and finance ministers are expected to recommend to the European Parliament on Tuesday 16 February 2010 that it grants discharge to the European Commission for implementation of the EU budget for 2008 (see EUROPE 10016 on the annual report of the European Court of Auditors for 2008).
