04/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 4 February, the European Commission gave its clearance for the proposed joint venture between Sorgenia S.p.A. (Italy) and J&P Avax S.A. (Greece). Sorgenia is specialised in the generation, wholesale and retail trading of gas and electricity in Italy. J&P Avax is mainly active in the market for engineering and construction services. The joint venture - Argestis S.A. - will be active in the market for electricity trading and generation....
