21/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 20 January, the European Commission gave its approval for a proposed concentration whereby Ameropa Holding AG (Switzerland), controlled by the Zivy family (Switzerland), is to acquire control of the whole of Interbrau GMBH (Germany) by way of purchase of shares. Ameropa Holding is active in the international trade of fertilisers, grains, petrochemicals and metals, whilst Interbrau is active in the international trading of barley, including malting...
