21/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 20 January, the European Commission gave its approval for a proposed concentration whereby Ameropa Holding AG (Switzerland), controlled by the Zivy family (Switzerland), is to acquire control of the whole of Interbrau GMBH (Germany) by way of purchase of shares.
