Solidarity vs. Subsidiarity: tools for handling global pandemics - Brussels, Monday 11, from 3.00pm to5.00pm. This event is organised by the European Policy Centre (EPC). CFSP/ESDP and development in EU military capability - Brussels, Monday 11, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. The conference is organised by the European Institute for International Relations (IERI). Speakers include: Admiral Jacques Rosiers, Honorary aide de camp to the Belgian King, and General Gabor Horvath, Head of military capability and planning at the European Union's military staff.
