German telecoms regulator is urged to create better conditions for competition in retail access market

Brussels, 17/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 17 December, the European Commission sent a letter to the German telecoms regulator, Bundesnetzagentur (BNetzA), calling on it to make the provision of fixed subscriber lines more competitive.
