01/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 30 November, the EU Council of Ministers adopted, without debate, the decision on the signing and provisional implementation of the comprehensive air agreement between the EU and Canada which will see a phased liberalisation of the air market between the two parties (see EUROPE 10027).
