28/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council of Ministers adopted without debate on Monday 26 October the regulation bringing a tenth adjustment to technical progress of control appliances in the field of road transport (tachograph). Changes must take into account the progress made in construction, trials, installation and inspection of tachographs but should in no way prejudge the validity of tachographs certified under older norms.
