Brussels, 17/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - The efforts of the Irish government to find a way of ratifying the Lisbon Treaty are focussing at the moment on Ireland's right to keep its own commissioner, explained the Irish foreign minister, Micheal Martin, on RTE radio on Monday: “We are in discussions on that specific issue.
