Brussels, 17/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - The president-in-exercise of the European Council, Nicolas Sarkozy, has been forced to explain the comments he made on Friday 14 November 2008 on the United States' plan to deploy an anti-missile shield in Poland and the Czech Republic.
