17/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - An unfortunate error crept into our article on the position of the historic operators on the "Telecoms Package", which appeared in our bulletin 9782 of 14 November. ETNO is calling for the national operators to be allowed to apply the rules (and not the functional separation) on the basis of the level of competition in each area. (O.J./trans.fl)
