On 3 October, the European Parliament’s rapporteur on the proposed regulation on medicinal products, Tiemo Wölken (S&D, German), suggested a number of amendments to the initial proposal, including the introduction of a ‘European Medicines Facility’ to replace the controversial ‘transferable data exclusivity vouchers’.
