European Union to deploy an election observation mission for triple ballot on 10 October

25/08/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Union announced on 11 August that it had accepted the Liberian authorities’ invitation to deploy an Election Observation Mission (EOM) to Liberia to observe the general elections (President, House of Representatives and half of the Senate) scheduled for 10 October 2023, according to a press release by the European External Action Service.
