European Commission selects 159 projects to modernise higher education

On Thursday 3 August, the European Commission awarded €115.3 million in Erasmus+ funding to 159 projects for 2023. They will be responsible for modernising, internationalising and supporting the quality of higher education worldwide.

These projects will enable 2,500 higher education professionals from nearly 130 countries to work together on subjects ranging from programmes on the circular economy and digital education to health education, equality and food resilience.
