20/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - At its General Assembly in Dublin on 7 June, the European Association of Paritarian Institutions (AEIP) (1) named its new chairman, Swiss Jacques Broosard (Fondation de Prévoyance de Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie) of Switzerland, representing the employers, its vice-president, Esa Swanljung (TELA, Finnish Pension Alliance) representing the employees' side; and reappointed Frenchman Bruno Gabellieri as secretary general; (2) signed a cooperation protocol with ILMA (International Labor Management Alliance, United States) under the terms of which the two organisations agreed, among other things, to organise a yearly joint conference in cooperation with the ILO in Geneva; (3) granted full membership to the Construction Workers' Pension Scheme (CWPS) of Ireland.
