20/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - the European Institute of Public Administration of Maastricht is organising a seminar “European Negotiations - Techniques to Manage Procedures, People and Package Deals to Survive European Negotiations” in Brussels from 21 to 23 March. Taking part will be Alain Guggenbühl, Frank Lavadoux and Noëlle Debie. In Maastricht on 27 and 28 April, the Institute is also organising a seminar “European Negotiations II - You and the EU: Techniques to Manage Interpersonal and Intercultural Relationships in European Negotiations”, with the same participants.
