21/08/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 20 August, the Commission gave the green light to the acquisition of sole control of Benelux Port Holding S.á.r.l. by Euroports Holding S.á.r.l.. The two companies, both of which are incorporated under Luxembourg law, are active in port management and the provision of related services. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
