23/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 23 December, the European Commission gave its green light to merger plans whereby the company MPS Venture S.p.A. (Italy), which belongs to the banking group Monte Paschi (Italy), and the company Argos Soditic France S.A.S. (France), intend to take joint control of Bellco S.r.l. (Italy), which is owned by the Sorin Group Italia S.r.l. MPS is an investment company, Argos Soditic a capital investment company and Bellco a specialist in back care products....
