02/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 1 December, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control (through a share buyout) of Greenvision ambiente Photo Solar Srl (GAPS) of Italy by Itochu Corporation (Itochu) of Japan and Greenvision ambiente Srl (Greenvision) of Italy.
