02/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 1 December, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control (through a share buyout) of ThyssenKrupp Röhm Kunststoffe GmbH of Germany by ThyssenKrupp Services AG, also of Germany. ThyssenKrupp Services AG supplies materials, industrial services and commodities for production and manufacturing companies.
