11/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 10 March, the Council adopted a series of anti-dumping regulations on imports of ammonium nitrate and manganese dioxide: imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty and collecting the provisional duty imposed on imports of certain manganese dioxides from South Africa; terminating the partial interim review of the anti dumping duty on imports of urea and ammonium nitrate from Russia; a regulation on the partial interim review on import measures for nitrate ammonium from Russia; terminating the partial interim review of the anti dumping duty on imports of ammonium nitrate from Ukraine. The Council also approved a draft Commission decision terminating the antidumping procedures on imports of polyvinyl alcohol from China and Taiwan. (E.H.)
