20/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Development Council on Tuesday adopted conclusions on the future of relations between the EU and Cap Verde. It welcomes the deepening of relations between the two parties through an action plan for the development of a “special partnership” and stressed the needs to promote the pursuit of political and trade integration of Cap Verde with the rest of western Africa.
