20/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - Following the European Parliament's favourable opinion of 25 October, the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted, without debate on 16 November, the draft Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the EU and Republic of Madagascar (EUROPE 9463 on the details of the European Commission un-amended proposal).
