20/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 20 June, the European Commission authorised the planned takeover of German company SULO Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (Sulo) by the French firm Veolia Propreté Environment SA. (Veolia). The latter is active in the collection, elimination and recycling of waste for both the public and private sectors. Sulo provides waste management services.
