28/08/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved the proposal from Kraft Foods International Inc. to acquire sole control of United Biscuits Iberia, which manufactures and sells principally biscuits, desserts and fruit juices. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
