28/08/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the go-ahead to the proposal from ALSO Schweiz AG, which belongs to the Schindler group, to acquire sole control of GNT Holding Oy GmbH. ALSO and GNT, which are active in the wholesale distribution of computing and electronic products, operate respectively in Switzerland and Germany, and in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Poland. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
