11/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the go-ahead to the proposed acquisition by BP France and Vitogaz, which belongs to the Rubis group, of the French Energaz company, which is active in the retail of cylinders of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in France. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
