As part of its international development strategy, CREDIT AGRICOLE SA (France) has signed an agreement for the acquisition of at least 98% of the capital Ukrainian INDEX BANK (total assets of € 390 million, with a workforce of 2900). The amount paid for the deal is expected to be around € 220 million for the totality of the capital.
