GENERAL NEWS / (eu) equipment

Following last week's buy-out of the Indian PARRYWARE company for € 50 million, the Spanish firm ROCA (health equipment) has bought up two other companies for a total of € 50 million: the Austrian company LASSELSBERGER and JOHNSONSUISSE from Switzerland. The three companies will provide ROCA with an additional annual turnover of € 35 million.
