28/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 21 December, the European Commission decided to authorise investment aid for small and medium enterprises of up to 25% for the acquisition or railway wagons and new or reconditioned rolling stock in the Autonomous Province of Trento. On 24 July 2002, the European Commission decided to launch a formal investigation but Italy agreed to reduce the aid to ensure it came within the maximum aid levels set in EU state aid legislation.
