09/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - Harry Dijksma, Rapporteur for the Committee of the Regions (CoR) on the framework programme for competitiveness and innovation, and provincial representative for Flevoland (Netherlands, ALDE), has initiated a website - http: //www.ciprogram.com - for consulting the civil society and collecting the largest number of points of view on this programme before beginning to draw up his draft opinion, which will be presented to the plenary of the CoR in November 2005....
