09/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - Alfredo Antoniozzi MEP, Forza Italia, requested during Wednesday's plenary that Commissioner Figel, in charge of multilingualism, inform him about a study elaborated by the Commission services for setting up a balanced linguistic regime. Antoniozzi is concerned about the future for Italian and is requesting that if the study exists, it be published or at least made available to MEPs so they can hold a debate.
