02/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday in Luxembourg, the EU25 employment and social affairs ministers held a positive exchange of views on the guidelines for Member States' employment policies as well as on the Green Paper on a Community approach to managing migration. They reach a political agreement on the regulations establishing a European Health and Safety at Work Agency (Bilbao) and the European Foundation for improving living and working conditions (Dublin).
