The world's largest brewer INBEV (formerly INTERBREW) has concluded the sale, for EUR 259.7 million of the entire share portfolio that ALFA-ECO, a Russian investment company, holds in SUN INTERBREW, the Russian-Ukrainian subsidiary of INBEV.
