The French LAFARGE group (building materials) has acquired for around USD 130 million, the German holding company FINLATAM V GMBH, owner of the second largest cement equipment producer CEMENTOS SELVA ALEGRE in the world (annual turnover USD 57 million with a workforce of 170).
