04/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The 3rd Earth Observation Summit will be held on 16 February at Palais d'Egmont, in Brussels. Ministers and senior officials from over 50 countries are expected on this occasion to approve a ten-year implementation plan for building comprehensive, coordinated, and sustainable systems for observing the Earth.
