ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electricity

Finnish energy group FORTUM has put in a n offer of EUR 660 million for the purchase of a 53.7% stake held by Oslo council in the Norwegian electricity producer HAFSLUND.FORTUM, which already has a holding of 34.1% in the Norwegian concern, will then be launching a take-over bid for the rest of the capital.
