05/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The EP Conference of Presidents has decided that the next session in Brussels will begin on 18 June with an extraordinary debate (without a resolution) on the results of the Convention. Even if no-one expects participation by Chairman Giscard d'Estaing, who is presenting the preliminary draft treaty to the Thessaloniki Summit on 20 June, the invitation addressed to him is still open.
