27/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - German Defence Minister Peter Struck said at a meeting of the Bundeswehr that he had put his proposal to Javier Solana by which the future EU Rapid Reaction Force could take over from SFOR, NATO's Stabilisation Force in Bosnia-Herzgovina, rather than replace NATO at the head of mission "Amber Fox" in Macedonia.
