ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banking

The German bank COMMERZBANK has sold most of its asset management business MONTGOMERY to the American bank WELLS FARGO for an undisclosed amount. The transaction concerns 85% of the assets managed by MONTGOMERY ASSET MANAGEMENT, representing a total of 5.8 bn euro.
