ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banking

DEUTSCHE BANK has sold to BANQUE FEDERATIVE DU CREDIT MUTUEL (CIC group) the 29% stake it had in BANQUE DE LUXEMBOURG. Following this acquisition, the cost of which has not been revealed, CIC now controls the whole establishment as it already had a 71% stake.
