27/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - For the eighth time, the Council has altered the list of people and entities linked to bin Laden, Al-Qaeda and the Taliban, and whose assets will be frozen in the EU. The Council has added Benevolence International Foundation (under its different aliases), based in many countries, especially the United States, Benevolence International Fund, based in Canada, and the Bosnian association Bosanska Idealna Futura (see Official Journal L319, p.23).
