27/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission will decide on Thursday to add Ecuador to the list of countries whose nationals are subjected to visa obligations, we learn from Community sources. The same day, the European Commission will present its proposal to the home affairs ministers of the Fifteen, meeting in Brussels for a Council session (EUROPE of 17 October, p. 13 and of 23 November, p.9).
