GTIE, a subsidiary specialised in information systems and energy networks, has acquired, for an undisclosed amount from Austrian VA TECH, its TMS division (turnover EUR 220 million foreseen for 2001 with one thousand employed), a provider of robotic production systems for the automobile industry.
