French AIR LIQUIDE has acquired all of the VITALAIRE CANADA company with the purchase of 30% that it did not yet hold in the Canadian company ASSOCIATED RESPIRATORY HOLDINGS, for an undisclosed amount. Specialised in respiratory assistance at home and the provision of medical gases, VITALAIRE CANADA makes an annual turnover of EUR 77.45 million.
