According to Monday's edition of The Financial Times, the German group RWE, the world's third largest water distribution company, is said to be about to make a bid of around $3.6 billion for acquisition of AMERICAN WATER WORKS (AWW), the first American private company in water distribution, that has 10 million clients in 23 States.
