German software publisher BROKAT is preparing to sell two of its US subsidiaries: PAYMENT WORKS (mobile telephony) to the American company eONE GLOBAL, for the sum of EUR 42 million; and its financial services subsidiary to the American group METAVANTE for around EUR 21.3 million. The German group had already begun to refocus its activities in Europe by the recent sale of two American firms that it had acquired last year.
