The French steel tubing manufacturer VALLOUREC has announced the sale of its industrial components business to its managers associated with the investing firms ATRIA CAPITAL PARTENAIRES and U.I CREDIT AGRICOLE INDOSUEZ. The branch employs 500 for an annual turnover of 90 million euro.
